Financial Aid and Scholarship Program

At Small Voice Ministries, we understand that financial constraints should not hinder anyone from receiving the help and support they need. That is why we have established a scholarship program to make our counseling services accessible to those who may not be able to afford the full cost.

Our scholarship program provides the option to apply for financial aid, allowing individuals to receive counseling at a reduced rate based on their financial circumstances. We believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to experience healing, breakthrough, and transformation.

Additionally, we offer the opportunity for generous individuals to give towards the scholarship program. By donating to the program, you can directly impact the lives of those who are in need of counseling but cannot afford it. Your contribution will help bridge the financial gap and enable someone to receive the support and guidance they require on their journey towards healing and wholeness.

Pastor Mike Dean is a Biblical Counselor with 30+ years experience leading people to freedom in their emotional and spiritual lives, using Biblical principals and the healing power of the Holy Spirit.  He is a true man of God who cares deeply for those he helps.

Pastor Mike also founded Emmaus Church in 2003 when he and his wife, Jeanne felt the call of God to move their family from Keyser, West Virginia to Winchester, Virginia to plant a church. They asked their daughter Briana, and her husband Caleb Nei, a worship leader, to join them in starting Emmaus Church and soon realized that they would grow a ministry together.

Briana is also the author of Revealed in Ephesians; the Mystery of Who I Am in Christ. This ministry is a prayer and fasting focused, Bible-centered ministry that teaches women the beauty of God revealing Himself to His people through His Word and through prayer. Briana has a powerful and anointed speaking gift that combines comedic timing with deep and profound Bible teaching and relatable story telling. She has a Spirit-filled way of relating to all age groups – children, teens, mothers, working women, empty-nesters and the elderly.
